I called yesterday and got in today and was treated so well , X-rays and treatment plan done asap , plus got a deep cleaning before leaving and set up with appointments right away for next week for extractions and finish work . Hailey and the doc went above and beyond made me feel heard and made sure I knew all my options and what was best . And I loved the vibe from all the staff Hailey was amazing we even did a little karaoke to the office music making the doc chuckle . See yall soon best service I’ve had in over 20yrs

This place has absolutely no care for the patients! If you have a late afternoon appointment they will rush the work. This has happened time and time again to my wife. This time was the last straw they rushed and did not let the numbing take affect so they gave another shot saying it just wasn't enough and proceeded to break the next needle off in her mouth!! And when she got her crown the temporary one fell off twice while eating soft foods and following directions. Ever since dr kellogg left there's really no good reason to come back. They are often rude and We will never be coming back!!!!!

I was disappointed during my last appointment there. The doctor that I always see left three months ago and no one from the office notified me that she was leaving the clinic. I choose that specific clinic just to see that particular doctor. I leave 30 min away form the clinic. When asked the front desk staff about it they responded me with a firm tone of voice that this is a corporation not her private practice( referring to the doctor). I understand that this is not a private practice but I believe a patient should be given the chance to choose their own doctor and do their own research and not just show up in the clinic and they tell you that’s the doctor you’re going to see today. You don’t get to choose . Very very disappointed. Nothing against the new doctor they have it’s just not the one I choose to receive care.

Be cautious of what is covered by insurance before confirming anything. Told at check-in after they ran my insurance that everything is covered and then received a $155 bill. I understand the xrays, but I wasn't even asked about floride treatment, I got my teeth cleaned and they went right into applying it without asking. Turns out that cost me about an extra $95 that I wasn't expecting and it wasn't needed. Dentist herself was great, but very disappointed about not being told about the possible cost of the treatment and not even asked if I wanted it...

Gental Dental is very clean, has professional staff and very close to home for me. My new dentist Dr Kellogg is very nice. My first time here, but I was very impressed.
